At DraculaClothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dark aesthetic; if your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship to Transylvania (or Warehouse)
Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at your local post office; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
